Commitments of the volunteer:
The project should comply with the following Commitments:
- Responsibility for the legality of the volunteer during the stay of the country
- Mediation in the problems that may arise between the project and the volunteers
- Provide all the information about the program and the volunteers in advance to the projects and volunteers
- Periodically evaluate the volunteer's activities
- Inform the project in advance about extra activities that the volunteer must carry out.
- Be ready 24 hours in case of emergency
- Solve and guide inconveniences that their volunteers have
Commitments of the volunteer:
- Comply with the rules established in the project
- Communicate in writing and in advance to the project about extraordinary activities that will influence over the development of the activities of the program.
- Communicate to VIVOL and the project about the absences
- Punctuality and efficiency in schedules and program activities
- Integrate and participate actively in all project activities
- Respect all members and the ideology of the project
- Respect the rules of the country, project, family and VIVOL
- Make a written report every three months about the development of their work to VIVOL
- Attend the three training camps programmed by VIVOL
- Integrate culturally in society
- Inform of the trips to be made in the future to the Work Project and to VIVOL
- Do 30-40 weekly hours of volunteering
- Inform VIVOL immediately when something related to your health and safety situation happens
The project should comply with the following Commitments:
- Provide to VIVOL updated information about the organization, the activities they carry out in the project, and the volunteer's functions and requirements.
- Commitment to work together with the volunteer
- Respect the privacy, integrity and personality of the volunteer
- Provide the material to carry out the volunteer's work.
- In case of having new activities provide training sessions to the volunteer
- Communicate to VIVOL the irregularities that exist with the volunteer
- Ensure the safety and integrity of the volunteer
- Absences and holiday control.
- Provide a contact person for the volunteer, this being someone to whom the volunteer can turn in case of doubts or clarifications regarding his / her task, having periodic meetings, etc.
- Give the volunteer defined activities
- Respect the privacy, integrity and personality of the volunteer.
